A LiTTLE ABOUT ME
I’m passionate about helping young people understand and build confidence in who they are. I believe looking after our mental health is something we can learn, and having the right understanding and tools can be life-changing.
Combining cognitive behavioural techniques, positive psychology and coaching, I’ve developed my unique approach, The Coral Garlick Method™.
I work with young people aged 13-25 to build confidence, resilience and a sense of purpose that lasts long after our work together ends. A toolkit for life.
I began my mental health career, training and working within the NHS, studying at Sussex University. Through my NHS work I developed a robust foundation in CBT. I later expanded my expertise with training in positive psychology and adolescent coaching.
Twenty years in business and mentoring shaped the way I work as much as my psychological training. It gave me a real-world pragmatism that young people respond to — and that sets my approach apart.
As a Mother of four, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with raising a family. My approach is empathetic, compassionate and carefully tailored to meet the needs of each family I work with.
