1. Who We Are
The Coral Garlick Anxiety Toolkit is operated by Coral Garlick, a sole trader based in the UK. By purchasing this course, you are entering into an agreement directly with Coral Garlick.

2. The Course
The Coral Garlick Anxiety Toolkit is a self-paced digital course consisting of six modules. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to all course materials.
Access is for the named purchaser only and is non-transferable. You may not share your login details, distribute course materials, or make the content available to any other person.
3. Payment
The course is priced at £250 as a one-off payment. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Access will be granted immediately upon successful payment.
4. Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means access for as long as the course remains active. Whilst it is my intention to maintain the course indefinitely, I reserve the right to withdraw or update course content with reasonable notice.
5. Refund Policy
As this is a digital course, I am unable to offer automatic refunds once access has been granted. That said, I understand that circumstances differ, and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If you feel the course has not delivered value for you, please contact coral@coralgarlick.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and I will do my best to find a fair resolution.
By completing your purchase and accessing the course materials, you acknowledge that you have consented to immediate access and that this may affect your statutory right to cancel.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including written materials, worksheets, frameworks, methods, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of Coral Garlick and protected by copyright. The Coral Garlick Anxiety Toolkit Method is the original work of Coral Garlick.
You may use the materials for your own personal use only. Without prior written permission from Coral Garlick, you may not:
Reproduce, copy, share, sell, adapt, or distribute any part of the course content
Use the materials in a professional, commercial, or educational context
Extract or incorporate any part of the materials into another document, resource, or programme
Enter any part of the course content into an artificial intelligence tool, model, or application
Reproduce or rerun any part of the course for another individual or group, whether paid or unpaid

8. Results
I believe wholeheartedly in the value of this course and the tools it provides. However, I am unable to guarantee specific outcomes, as the benefits you experience will depend on your individual circumstances and engagement with the material.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coral Garlick shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the course. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
10. Your Privacy

11. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the course following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
