Developed through clinical training in CBT, positive psychology and coaching, and refined through clinical experience working with young people and their families, it combines these disciplines into a practical, personalised approach. I design a bespoke programme for each client, tailoring my unique approach to your individual needs. My method focuses on building confidence, resilience and purpose using a combination of evidence-based techniques.
I believe our children all need their own personalised toolbox of strategies to navigate life’s inevitable challenges. Our work together is collaborative, integrating mental health strategies with self-awareness and self-esteem tools.
Using a strengths-based approach I empower my clients to be proud of and believe in who they are. Where appropriate, I adopt a holistic approach, engaging with families, schools and broader support networks.
